If your company logo is missing from invoices or PDFs, the most common cause is that the app has lost track of the image file — this often happens after restoring a backup or moving files on your device.
Fix: Re-Upload Your Logo
-
Open the side menu and tap Settings.
-
Tap "Company logo" under the Company section.

-
Tap the logo area and select your logo image from your device.
-
Tap Save — the logo path is updated.
-
Generate a PDF to confirm the logo appears correctly.

If the Logo Still Doesn't Appear
Check these additional things:
- Logo file location — The image file must still exist on your device. If you moved or deleted it, locate the file again (or re-download it from your cloud storage) and re-select it in Settings.
- Template settings — Open a transaction and tap the template editor icon. Confirm that the logo is enabled in your print template. If it's turned off in the template, it won't appear even if a logo is set.
- Image format — Use a JPEG or PNG file for best compatibility. Very large image files can sometimes cause display issues — try a version under 500 KB.
Good to Know
- Logo settings are per-company. If you manage multiple companies, switch to the correct company before checking Settings.
- After restoring a backup from Dropbox or Google Drive, always re-upload your logo — backup files don't include images stored outside the app's database.
- Your logo displays on all transaction types: invoices, quotes, sales orders, and cash sales.
