Terms of Service

Welcome to MobileBiz Pro. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MobileBiz Pro mobile application (“App”) and related services (“Services”) provided by MobileBiz Systems Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
MobileBiz Pro is a mobile business management application that helps small businesses, freelancers, and self-employed professionals with:
- Creating and sending invoices, estimates, quotes, sales orders, and cash sales
- Managing customers, contacts, and vendors
- Tracking products and inventory
- Recording payments and expenses
- Project tracking and task management
- Customising document templates and print layouts
- Generating business reports
- Managing multiple companies
- Backing up business data
The App is available as a free download with additional features available through a paid subscription (“Plus”).
2. User Accounts
Certain features of the App, such as cloud backup, require authentication. You may use the App with:
- Without sign-in — The App can be used without signing in. No personal information is required.
- Google Sign-In — You may sign in with your Google account to access additional features and link your data across devices.
If you sign in with a Google account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Plus Subscription
3.1 Subscription Plans
Plus features are available through a paid subscription, offered in three billing cycles:
- Plus Weekly — Billed every week
- Plus Monthly — Billed every month
- Plus Annual — Billed every year
Subscription pricing is displayed in your local currency within the App before purchase. All prices are set by and processed through Google Play.
3.2 Billing and Renewal
- Your subscription begins immediately upon purchase. Some Plus features may offer limited free previews to help you evaluate them before subscribing; these are not subscription trials and do not create a subscription obligation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You will be charged at the beginning of each renewal period at the then-current subscription price.
3.3 Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store settings on your device.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Plus features until the end of your current paid billing period.
- After your subscription expires, Plus features will no longer be available and the App will revert to free-tier functionality. Your local data will not be deleted.
- Cloud-stored files (invoice photos and customer photos) are retained for 90 days after your subscription expires, then automatically deleted. Your local copies of these files are not affected.
3.4 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade between billing cycles (e.g., from Monthly to Annual). Plan changes are handled by Google Play and may be prorated in accordance with Google Play's subscription policies.
3.5 Refunds
Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit your Google Play order history.
3.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing for future billing periods. If we increase the price, you will be notified in advance through Google Play, and the new price will apply from your next renewal date. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
3.7 Subscription Help
Your Plus subscription is managed entirely by Google Play. For help with billing, cancellations, refunds, or payment issues, please use the following Google Play support resources:

4.1 Free Features (available to all users)
- Create and send invoices, estimates, quotes, sales orders, and cash sales
- Manage customers, contacts, vendors, and products
- Record payments
- Generate PDF documents
- Customise document templates
- Dropbox backup and sync
- Basic business reports
- Multi-company support
- Barcode scanning
4.2 Plus Features (subscription required)
- Google Drive backup
- Expense tracking
- QuickBooks export
- Photo attachments on invoices and documents
- Cloud photo storage — invoice photos and customer photos are stored on MobileBiz cloud to enable PDF inclusion and cross-device access
- Income statement report
- Priority email support
The above feature lists are illustrative and not exhaustive. We may add, modify, remove, or reassign features between free and Plus tiers at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that reduce Plus functionality.
5. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you create, import, or store using the App, including invoices, customer records, product information, financial data, and any files stored on MobileBiz cloud (invoice photos and customer photos).
We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App's systems, servers, or other users' data.
- Use the cloud storage features to store content unrelated to business management purposes.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
- Use the App to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicence the App without our written consent.
- Upload, store, or transmit any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to use.
Uploaded Content: You are solely responsible for all files you upload to MobileBiz cloud, including invoice photos and customer photos. By uploading files, you represent that you have the necessary rights to use and store that content. We are not obligated to review or monitor uploaded content, but we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice. We accept no liability for user-uploaded content.
Fair Use: Cloud storage is provided for reasonable business use in connection with the App's features. We reserve the right to impose or adjust storage limits and to restrict accounts that use cloud storage in a manner that is excessive, abusive, or inconsistent with normal business use of the App.
7. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services to provide additional functionality. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. These integrations may change or be discontinued at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, templates, and documentation, is owned by MobileBiz Systems Pte Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Any warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Any warranty regarding the accuracy of calculations, reports, or generated documents.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all invoices, calculations, tax amounts, and reports generated by the App before relying on them or sending them to your customers.
With respect to cloud storage features, we additionally disclaim any warranty that:
- Cloud storage will be available without interruption or at any particular uptime level.
- Files uploaded to MobileBiz cloud will be preserved without loss or corruption.
- Photos will be successfully included in generated PDFs or email attachments.
- Cloud files will remain accessible for the full duration of the post-cancellation retention period.
10. Service Availability
The App is designed to function primarily on your device using locally stored data. Cloud features (including cloud photo storage, backup, and authentication) depend on third-party infrastructure and internet connectivity.
We do not guarantee any specific level of availability, uptime, or performance for cloud features. Cloud services may be interrupted, degraded, or unavailable due to:
- Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
- Third-party service provider outages or changes.
- Network connectivity issues.
- Events beyond our reasonable control (see Section 14).
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain cloud service availability but provide no service-level agreement (SLA) or uptime commitment. You should not rely solely on cloud features for business-critical operations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MobileBiz Systems Pte Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
- Any damages arising from errors in calculations, reports, or documents generated by the App.
- Any damages arising from the loss, corruption, or unavailability of files stored on MobileBiz cloud.
- Any damages arising from photos or other files not appearing in PDFs, emails, or other documents sent to your customers.
- Any damages arising from interruptions to cloud storage or third-party service availability.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or SGD 100, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MobileBiz Systems Pte Ltd from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any rights of a third party.
- Any content you upload to MobileBiz cloud, including claims that such content infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Your use of the App poses a security risk or may cause harm to other users.
- We are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We recommend exporting your data before uninstalling. Any files stored on MobileBiz cloud (invoice photos and customer photos) will be deleted within 90 days of termination. Your local data is not affected. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, third-party service provider outages, or disruptions to cloud infrastructure.
15. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information or cloud-stored files, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Notification will be provided through the App, via email (if available), or through other reasonable means.
16. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The App is designed for business use and is not intended for use by minors.
17. Electronic Communications
By using the App, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including through in-app notifications and updates to these Terms or our Privacy Policy. You agree that all notices and communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide notice through the App or via other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the App.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
20. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
